1. AGRI CONSULTANCY SERVICES:
We provide consultancy services in field of Agriculture & allied sectors to various stakeholders of the industry starting from FPO farmers, Processors/buyers, Govt institutes, NGOs. Services include majorly good agriculture practices(GAP), post-harvest handling and market linkage for farm produce
2. TRANSFER OF TECHNOLOGY(TOT):
Dissemination and transfer of new effective farm based technologies to FPO farmers at affordable price in order to bring about effective and profitable agriculture.
The concept involves identifying the cost effective technologies/innovations developed by innovator/progressive farmer which are effective and bring about impact at farm level.
3. LAND DEVELOPMENT:
Unique & innovative concept which enables in effectively converting a non-remunerative land (Barren/Acidic/Sodic etc) into a remunerative land. Also this concept applies to the land where owner has land but unable to attend it due to personal commitments or other problems.
The concept involves chain of activities starting from identifying land topography, soil type, Agro climatic zone, problem identification by means of soil and water testing, other related activities include field cleaning, primary land operations, field fencing, and finally identifying suitable farming component(part of IFS) based on above exercise and owner requirements.
4. AGRI OUTPUT MARKETING:
We are involved in marketing of Agri produce directly from FPO farmers to the buyers/processors under direct marketing model avoiding market intermediaries, primary/secondary transport and wastage due to multiple/improper handling etc.

Purpose

PROJECT OBJECTIVES & EXECUTION PLAN:
1. To reduce cost of production and double farmer income
- Advising on source of availability of effective farm inputs (seeds/Fertilizers/chemicals)
- Advising on adoption of best agronomic practices/growing practices, technical knowhow
- Advising on judicious usage of existing farm resources and maximizing yield
2. To encourage residue free and eco-friendly farming
- Advising on usage of farm inputs which are eco-friendly & encourage residue free farming Ex: biofertilizers & bio pesticides
- Advising & educating on right growing practices and also about ill effects of excess fertilizer/pesticide usage
- Introduction of cost effective farm based technologies that help to save excess input costs and also act eco-friendly. Ex: Solar insect pest control trap, pheromone insect traps
3. To increase early adopter percentage among existing farmer base
- To educate and train farmers about advantages of adoption of good management practices
- Educating about right growing practices, and advantages of adoption of new farm based technologies, ill effects of excess fertilizer/pesticide usage
- To educate benefits of effective residue free and eco-friendly farming
4. To bring about effective change in farm produce conventional supply chain system
- Advisory services on efficient post-harvest practices, when to harvest, best harvesting techniques, other related practices
- Grading, Sorting, Packing at farmgate with farmgate pickup
- Ensuring Cash on delivery(COD) against all transactions
- Connecting farmer produce directly to end buyer/processor/exporter/consumer avoiding market intermediaries
- Avoiding multiple handling, minimizing transit loss and thus overall wastage across value chain
5. Effective market linkage and to increase profitability of FPOs
- Supporting FPOs with post-harvest and market related advisory at farmgate
- Ensuring farm gate pickup or collection centre concept (esp F&V)
- Avoiding credit and ensuring cash on delivery against all transactions
- Decent margins ensured for FPOs due to farmgate pickup, reduced market intermediaries, less wastage and cash against delivery
6. To bring about self-sustainability among FPO and FPO farmers
- By reducing cost of production and doubling farmer income
- By increasing early adopter percentage among existing farmer base
- By ensuring effective market linkage & also increasing FPO profitability

PROJECT TITLE:
Capacity building and Forward Market linkage of FPOs
OBJECTIVE:
To create self-sustainability and better farm income realization of FPO farmers by efficient backend and frontend linkages through effective capacity building, Input marketing, Residue free farming, Transfer of technology, Post-harvest loss minimization, Reduced cost of cultivation and better Market linkage support.
MAJOR OBJECTIVES:
1. To reduce cost of production and double farmer income
2. To encourage residue free and eco-friendly farming
3. To increase early adopter percentage among existing farmer base
4. To bring about effective change in farm produce conventional supply chain system
5. Effective market linkage and to increase profitability to Farmers of FPOs
6. To bring about self-sustainability among FPO and FPO farmers
PROJECT JUSTIFICATION:
FPOs were mooted by GOI with objective of collective farming and collective bargaining thereby using economies of scale to bring about self-sustainability, and creating steady and sustainable source of income to farmers.
Currently, FPOs have not been able to independently fulfil the above objectives due to various reasons like lack of interest and cooperation among farmers, lack of market knowledge, weak economic status, poor management and lack of good leaders, poor infrastructure facilities, market middlemen exploitation, and old conventional marketing model.
So considering above scenario, there is urgent need of efficient value chain partner to support FPOs in fulfilling their above objectives by capacity building which includes farm level consultancy services from seed sowing till harvesting like advise on buying effective farm inputs at reduced price, growing best quality produce with minimum resources and expenses, transfer of technology (TOT) , residue free farming, Post-harvest management, other effective farm extension activities like field days, farm demonstration etc and also better market linkage
